Race for the Greenway 5K Trail Walk/Run & Wine Crawl at Hallock State Park

Join the Trust for Public Land and Long Island Wine Country on Oct. 29 for the Race for the Greenway 5K Trail Walk/Run and Post Race Wine Crawl. This event is part of an effort to raise funds for the Long Island Greenway, a proposed biking and pedestrian trail stretching nearly 200 miles from Manhattan to Montauk. The race will take place at Hallock State Park, with participants making their way through the park’s scenic trails.

Following the race, participants are invited to enjoy a wine crawl through Long Island’s best vineyards, presented by Long Island Wine Country. This is a great opportunity to support a good cause while enjoying some of the finest wines Long Island has to offer.

The race will start at 9 a.m. and end at 11 a.m. There is a cost to participate in the event: $40 for adults and $10 for the Kids Fun Run. All proceeds will go towards the creation of the Long Island Greenway.
