Southold’s Offshore Lighthouses: A Magic Carpet Tour

On Thursday, Feb. 13, the Southold Historical Museum is hosting a captivating lecture on the lighthouses located just off Southold’s shoreline. The lecture will be given by Ted Webb, a native of North Fork and former president of the East End Seaport Museum. Webb’s impressive resume includes serving as offshore cruise narrator at Long Beach Bar Bug Light, and he is currently the cruise narrator for the Cross Sound Ferry Lighthouse Tours. The discussion is set to take place at the Anne Currie-Bell House at the Maple Lane Campus from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
