Teatime in Ireland with Margaret Johnson

Local author Margaret M. Johnson will present a program based on her cookbook, *Teatime in Ireland*, with discussion of Irish tea history, teatime recipes and contemporary takes on afternoon tea.

The program includes a formal tea with sandwiches, savory scones, tea breads and more. Johnson’s cookbooks, including *Teatime in Ireland* and her latest, *Delicious Ireland*, will be available for purchase and signing.

Attendees are asked to bring their own teacup and saucer. The $5 fee is due before the program begins.
