American cookbooks with Leslie Goddard (Zoom)

Historian Leslie Goddard, Ph.D., presents an illustrated talk on 10 notable American cookbooks and what they reveal about the country’s food culture and eating habits. The program looks at influential titles and authors including Fannie Farmer, Irma Rombauer, Julia Child and Craig Claiborne.
