Gazpacho from the Garden: A Hands-On, Farm-to-Table Cooking Class at Hallockville Museum Farm

Hallockville Museum Farm, an authentic 18th-century North Fork family farm, is hosting a hands-on, farm-to-table cooking class on Saturday, Sept. 7. The class, titled ‘Gazpacho from the Garden,’ will run from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare three different varieties of gazpacho: traditional Spanish, yellow gazpacho, and refreshing watermelon. The class will be led by Hallockville community gardener and home cook, Susan Babkes. The ingredients for the class will be sourced directly from the farm, ensuring the freshest possible taste. Registration is required in advance due to limited class size. The cost is $35 for the general public and $30 for Hallockville members.
