Impact Photo Show 2026: Panels and opening reception

The inaugural IMPACT photo show opens with an afternoon of panel discussions and an opening reception at the North Fork Arts Center at the Sapan Greenport Theater.

The show features 100 photographs by East End artists, selected by a blind jury from more than 460 entries.

Two free panels run from 2 to 4 p.m. “Through the Jurors’ Eye: Selecting the Winning Photographs” features Jim Willse, Harvey Stein and Jeroen Bours. “On Assignment” features Deborah Feingold, Guerin Blask and Macall Polay, who will discuss stories from celebrity and editorial shoots.

A gallery reception follows from 4 to 6 p.m., with complimentary wine and light bites.

The exhibition remains on view through Nov. 22. The gallery is open whenever films are playing at the theater.
