The Jamesport Fire Department invites the community to the annual Christmas tree lighting on the village green in Jamesport, located at the corner of Main Road and South Jamesport Avenue. Santa arrives by fire truck and will visit with children inside the George Young Community Center. Refreshments will be served.

Join the Riverhead Recreation Department for the annual one-mile Turkey Trot up South Jamesport Avenue from Miamogue Beach to the George Young Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 23.
The one-mile run starts at Miamogue Point Park in South Jamesport and ends at the George Young Community Center on South Jamesport Avenue in Jamesport. This is a family friendly event, dogs and strollers are welcome.
