Self-defense for Women at Mattituck-Laurel Library

Mattituck-Laurel Library is hosting a self-defense class for women on Aug. 6. The class, led by Edward Moreno, will provide practical, easily understood tips and techniques that could help you avoid or escape dangerous situations. This event is free and open to all interested participants. Registration is required and can be done through the library’s website.
